A number of nutritional falsehoods in “common knowledge” and long-perceived good health practices.
The effect of sugar/carbohydrates on the body and the effects of breaking the body’s glucose addiction.
Fasting (both intermittent and more long-term)
Different diets (in the context of long-term patterns, not temporary “lose a few pounds and go back to normal” diets) such as The Standard American Diet, Veganism, Vegetarianism, Carnivorism, Ketogenic, and compare them to how people have eaten historically throughout the millennia.
